1. If there were a At The Rock contemporary praise service at First Congregational this Saturday as planned at 6:30, would you
come? If so, please list how many people would attend with you.

2. How often are you interested in attending this contemporary praise service if it
continues on Saturdays at 6:30? Bi-weekly or monthly?

3. Do you think your church would like to invite us to perform, either in conjunction
with another event or standing alone?
